Grilled Prawns with Salsa Vera Cruz


Ingredients
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 orange, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
   
Prep Time 25 minutes
Cook Time 6 minutes
1. Combine tomatoes, orange, green onions, cilantro and garlic in medium bowl.
2. Thread shrimp onto skewers; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
3. Brush grill with oil. Cook shrimp over hot coals about 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Top with salsa. Serve over rice and garnish, if desired.
 
Hint   Thoroughly rinse shrimp in cold water before cooking.
