pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1. Combine tomatoes, orange, green onions, cilantro and garlic in medium bowl.
2. Thread shrimp onto skewers; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
3. Brush grill with oil. Cook shrimp over hot coals about 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Top with salsa. Serve over rice and garnish, if desired.
Hint
Thoroughly rinse shrimp in cold water before cooking.
