Ingredients
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
1/4 cup HERSHEY'®S Cocoa
5 cups miniature marshmallows
5 cups crisp rice cereal
   
1. Spray 13×9×2-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat; stir in cocoa and marshmallows. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and well blended. Continue cooking 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3. Add cereal; stir until coated. Lightly spray spatula with vegetable cooking spray; press mixture into prepared pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
