container (16 ounces) white frosting

tube (4-1/4 ounces) green decorating icing with tip
Green and orange sprinkles, decors and colored sugars
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 24 standard (2-1/2-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool cupcakes in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove to racks to cool completely.
3. Frost cupcakes. Use icing to pipe Irish words or shamrock designs onto cupcakes. Decorate with sprinkles, decors and colored sugars as desired.
