Ingredients

package (10 ounces) ready-to-use chopped romaine lettuce
|
|
1/2
|
pound fresh green beans, cooked, drained, or 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) whole green beans, drained
|
|
1
|
pouch (5-1/2 ounces) solid white tuna, flaked
|
|
1/2
|
pound cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
|
|
2
|
tablespoons olive oil
|
|
2
|
tablespoons cider vinegar or white vinegar
|
|
1-1/2
|
teaspoons Dijon mustard
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon black pepper
|
|
|

|
1. Place lettuce, green beans, tuna and tomatoes in large bowl.
|
|
2. To make dressing, whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper in small bowl until blended. Pour dressing over salad; toss well. Serve immediately.
