1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In 13×9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken; top with tomato.
2. Pour soup mix blended with water and olive oil over chicken.
3. Bake uncovered, 20 minutes. Top with cheeses and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.
