Ingredients
3 tablespoons French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon pancake syrup
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
8 (7×6-inch) slices sourdough bread, cut 1/2 inch thick
1/2 pound sliced smoked turkey breast
5 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
1. Combine mustard, syrup and horseradish. Spread evenly onto 4 slices of bread. Layer turkey and cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread slices.
2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet or griddle. Cook sandwiches, two at a time, about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut in half to serve.
