Grilled Turkey and Brie Cheese Sandwiches

tablespoons French's® Spicy Brown Mustard

tablespoon pancake syrup
|
|

teaspoon prepared horseradish
|
|
8

(7×6-inch) slices sourdough bread, cut 1/2 inch thick

1/2
|
pound sliced smoked turkey breast
|
|

ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
|

to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
|

1. Combine mustard, syrup and horseradish. Spread evenly onto 4 slices of bread. Layer turkey and cheese on top. Cover with remaining bread slices.

2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet or griddle. Cook sandwiches, two at a time, about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut in half to serve.
