Ingredients
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups frozen crinkle-cut carrots
2/3 cup milk
1 (4.8-ounce) package PASTA RONI® Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs
1/2 cup pasteurized processed cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt margarine. Add chicken; sauté 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2. In same skillet, bring 1-1/3 cups water, carrots and milk to a boil. Stir in pasta and Special Seasonings; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Gently boil uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring frequently.
3. Stir in chicken and cheese. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
