Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound pork strips
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, peeled and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 flour tortillas, warmed
   
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; heat until hot. Add pork strips, onion and bell pepper slices and stir-fry quickly 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is barely pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Roll up portions of the meat mixture in flour tortillas and serve with purchased salsa, if desired.
