Ingredients

beef flank steak (about 1-1/2 pounds)
|
|

teaspoons Greek seasoning or dried oregano
|
|

rounds pita bread, sliced in half crosswise
|
|

cup sliced red onion
|
|

small cucumber, thinly sliced
|
|
1/2

cup chopped tomato
|
|
1/2
|
cup crumbled feta cheese
|
|
1/4
|
cup red wine vinaigrette
|
|
1

cup plain yogurt, stirred
|
|
|

|
|
1. Press Greek seasoning into both sides of steak. Place steak in large food storage bag. Seal bag; turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes.

2. Prepare grill for direct cooking.
|
|
3. Place steak on grid over medium-high heat. Grill, covered, 17 to 21 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Transfer steak to cutting board; let stand, covered with tented foil, 10 minutes before slicing.

4. Meanwhile, grill pitas about 1 minute on both sides or until warm. Slice steak across the grain into thin strips; evenly divide meat among pitas. Top each with onion, cucumber, tomato and feta cheese. Drizzle 1-1/2 teaspoons vinaigrette over each pita. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoons yogurt.
