Ingredients
1 beef chuck shoulder roast (3 to 4 pounds)
1 package (1 ounce) dry onion gravy mix
1 package (1 ounce) mushroom gravy mix
1 package (1 ounce) au jus soup mix
3 cups water
  Assorted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions and celery)
   
Slow Cooker Directions
1. Place roast in slow cooker. Combine soup and gravy mixes and water in large bowl. Pour mixture over roast. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
2. Add vegetables. Cover; cook 4 hours more or until meat and vegetables are tender.
