cup ranch salad dressing

cup shredded lettuce

(10-inch) flour tortillas
1. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides. Add water, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and liquid is absorbed. Stir in salad dressing.
2. Spoon rice mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; top with lettuce. Fold in both sides of tortillas; roll up tortilla tightly from bottom, keeping filling firmly packed. Slice each wrap diagonally into 2 pieces.
