Holiday Egg Nog
Makes about 1-1/2 quarts

Ingredients

eggs*
|
|

|
cups milk
|
|

(14-ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
|
|
1/2
|
cup bourbon or brandy (optional)
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon vanilla extract
|
|
|
Dash salt
|
|
|
Dash nutmeg
|
|
*Use only clean, uncracked, grade A eggs.
|
|

|
1. In large bowl, beat eggs. Gradually beat in remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
|
|
2. Chill. Garnish with nutmeg. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
