Ingredients

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix*

pounds ground beef
|
|

|
cups (about 3 ounces) cornflakes or bran flakes cereal, crushed
|
|
1-1/2
|
cups frozen or drained canned whole kernel corn
|
|
1
|
small green bell pepper, chopped
|
|
2
|
eggs
|
|
3/4
|
cup water
|
|
1/3
|
cup ketchup
|

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
|
|
2. In 13×9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.
|
|
3. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve, if desired, with salsa.

Recipe Tip
For a great lunchbox treat, wrap leftover meat loaf slices in a tortilla and top with your favorite taco toppings such as salsa, sour cream, grated cheese and shredded lettuce.
