Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
Makes about 3 dozen cookies

cup packed brown sugar

cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, softened

egg
|

tablespoon milk
|
|

teaspoon vanilla

cups uncooked quick oats
|

cup all-purpose flour
|

teaspoon baking soda
|

teaspoon salt

teaspoon ground cinnamon

cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
|

cup (6 ounces) butterscotch chips
|

cup raisins
|

1/2
|
cup chopped walnuts
|

|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat brown sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy.

2. Add oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; beat until well blended. Stir in chips, raisins, butterscotch chips and walnuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
