Makes 1-1/4 cups dressing
Ingredients
1 large ripe tomato, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
   
Prep Time 10 minutes
1. Combine tomato, mustard, basil, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in blender or food processor. Cover and process until well blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Serve over mixed salad greens, if desired.
