Ingredients
2 bags SUCCESS® Rice
  Non-stick cooking spray
1 cup cubed cooked turkey-ham*
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1 cup peas
*Or, use cooked turkey, ham or turkey franks.
   
Microwave Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Spray 1-quart microwave-safe dish with cooking spray; set aside. Place rice in medium bowl. Add ham, cheese and peas; mix lightly. Spoon into prepared dish; smooth into even layer with spoon. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 seconds or until thoroughly heated.
 
Conventional Oven Directions   Assemble casserole as directed. Spoon into ovenproof 1-quart baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F until thoroughly heated, about 15 to 20 minutes.
