Ingredients
1 envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Golden Onion Soup Mix*
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin, or turkey cutlets (about 1-3/4 pounds)
1 egg
2 tablespoons I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread, melted
*Also terrific with LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion or Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix.
   
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
2. On lightly greased cookie sheet, arrange chicken; drizzle with spread.
3. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
