Country-Style Chicken Cutlets

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Golden Onion Soup Mix*

3/4
|
cup plain dry bread crumbs
|
|
1/4
|
cup grated Parmesan cheese
|
|
1
|
teaspoon dry mustard (optional)

|

|
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin, or turkey cutlets (about 1-3/4 pounds)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.

2. On lightly greased cookie sheet, arrange chicken; drizzle with spread.
|
|
3. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
