Peppered Steak with Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
4 boneless beef top loin (New York strip) steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1 tablespoon French's® Worcestershire Sauce
  Crushed black pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons dry red wine
2 tablespoons minced red or green onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
1. Brush steaks with Worcestershire and sprinkle with pepper to taste; set aside. To prepare Dijon sauce, combine mayonnaise, mustard, wine, onion, parsley and garlic in medium bowl.
2. Place steaks on grid. Grill steaks over high heat 15 minutes for medium rare or to desired doneness, turning often. Serve with Dijon sauce. Garnish as desired.

Tip   Dijon sauce is also great served with grilled salmon and swordfish. To serve with fish, substitute white wine for red wine and minced dill for fresh parsley.
