Tuscan Summer Salad

Ingredients

small loaf coarse day-old Italian bread
|

cup olive oil
|
|

tablespoons balsamic vinegar
|

clove garlic, crushed
|
|

teaspoon salt
|

teaspoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
|

large ripe tomatoes, cut into large chunks
|

large red onion, cut in half and sliced
|
|
1
|
large cucumber, cut into large chunks
|
|
1
|
large red pepper, seeded and cut into large pieces
|
|
1
|
large yellow pepper, seeded and cut into large pieces
|

cup arugula leaves
|
|
1/2
|
cup chopped fresh basil leaves
|
|
1/2

cup sliced black olives
|
|

tablespoon capers
|

|
Tear bread into large pieces to make about 4 cups. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and TABASCO® Sauce in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to mix well. Let mixture stand 30 minutes before serving.
