Chicken Luncheon Sandwich
Ingredients
1-1/2
cups chopped cooked chicken
1
cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
1/2
cup finely chopped celery
1/4
cup chopped green bell pepper
1
green onion, chopped
1
tablespoon chopped pimiento
1/2
cup mayonnaise
1/2
cup plain yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Rolls or bread
Lettuce leaves
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, mayonnaise and yogurt in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well-blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on rolls with lettuce.
