Apple & Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients

|
pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
|
|
1
|
teaspoon hot or mild curry powder
|
|
1/4
|
cup I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread
|
|
2
|
medium onions, sliced
|
|
|
Pinch ground cinnamon
|
|
2
|
medium Granny Smith or other tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
|
|
1/2
|
cup apple juice
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Season pork chops, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Season chops with curry.

In 12-inch skillet, melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread over medium-high heat and cook chops, turning occasionally, 8 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove chops and set aside.

In same skillet, cook onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Stir in cinnamon and apples and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir in apple juice and cook, scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet, 2 minutes. To serve, pour sauce over chops.
