Herbed Chicken and Potatoes

tablespoon BERTOLLI® Olive Oil

*Substitution: Use 1 (2-1/2- to 3-pound) chicken, cut into serving pieces.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In 13×9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine potatoes and lemon; arrange chicken on top.
|
|
2. Pour soup mix blended with water and oil over chicken and potatoes.
|
|
3. Bake 50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and potatoes are tender.
