Porcupine Cupcakes

package DUNCAN HINES® Moist Deluxe® Cake Mix (any flavor)

container DUNCAN HINES® Chocolate Frosting
|
|
|
Sliced almonds
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2-1/2-inch paper liners in 24 muffin cups.
|
|
2. Prepare, bake and cool cupcakes following package directions for basic recipe. Frost cupcakes with Chocolate frosting. Place sliced almonds upright on each cupcake to decorate as a "porcupine."

Tip
Slivered almonds can be used in place of sliced almonds.
