 Coleslaw Vinaigrette

Ingredients

cup vegetable oil
|
|

tablespoons white wine vinegar
|
|

tablespoon honey
|
|
|
Salt and black pepper

package (8 ounces) coleslaw mix
|
|

1. Whisk together oil, vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
|

2. Place coleslaw mix in medium bowl. Pour vinaigrette over coleslaw mix. Toss lightly to coat; cover. Refrigerate.
