Ingredients
1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons chopped green onions, including tops
4-1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped jarred mild pepper rings
2 slices pumpernickel bread
2 ounces JARLSBERG LITE™ Cheese, thinly sliced
2 ounces reduced salt ham, sliced
  Pepper
   
Combine first 5 ingredients. Spread 3 rounded tablespoons vegetable mixture on each slice of bread.
Top with cheese and meat. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. If desired, broil 6 inches from heat source 3 to 4 minutes.
