Ingredients
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup UNCLE BEN'S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
4 skinless bone-in chicken breasts
1 package (6 half ears) frozen corn-on-the-cob
   
1. In large skillet, combine water, rice, 3/4 cup barbecue sauce and chicken. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Add corn and continue cooking 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
2. Spoon remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over chicken. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
