Grass and Greens Frosting
Makes about 2-1/3 cups frosting.

Ingredients

1/2
|
cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
|
|
1
|
pound (about 4 cups) powdered sugar
|
|
3
|
to 4 tablespoons milk
|
|
1
|
teaspoon vanilla extract
|
|
|
|

|
|
1. Beat butter until creamy in large bowl. Gradually add about one half of the powdered sugar, beating well. Slowly beat in milk and vanilla.
|

2. Gradually add remaining powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add additional milk, if necessary, until desired spreading consistency.
