Chili Corn Wraps

Ingredients

large flour tortillas
|
|

tablespoon vegetable oil
|
|
1

medium onion, chopped
|
|
1
|
green bell pepper, diced
|
|
1
|
pound lean ground beef or turkey
|
|

tablespoons TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
|
|
1
|
tablespoon chili powder
|
|
1
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1
|
(11-ounce) can corn, drained
|
|
1
|
(4-ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
|
|
1/2
|
cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preheat oven to 375°F. Wrap tortillas in foil; place in oven 10 minutes to warm. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green bell pepper; cook 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables to plate with slotted spoon.

Add beef to drippings remaining in skillet; cook over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in TABASCO® Green Sauce, chili powder and salt; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in vegetable mixture, corn, pimentos and Monterey Jack cheese. To assemble wraps, place 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla; roll up tortillas, tucking in sides.
