Countdown Casserole


Ingredients
1 jar (8 ounces) pasteurized process cheese spread
3/4 cup milk
2 cups (12 ounces) cubed cooked roast beef
1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, corn, red bell pepper), thawed and drained
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, divided
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
   
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spoon cheese spread into 12×8-inch baking dish; place in oven just until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Using fork, stir milk into melted cheese until well blended. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and the seasonings. Bake, covered, at 375°F 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with Cheddar cheese; sprinkle remaining 2/3 cup onions down center. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
 
Microwave Directions   In 12×8-inch microwave-safe dish, combine cheese spread and milk. Cook, covered, on HIGH 3 minutes; stir. Add ingredients as directed. Cook, covered, 14 minutes or until heated through, stirring beef mixture halfway through cooking time. Top with Cheddar cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions as directed. Cook, uncovered, 1 minute or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes.
