Broccoli Cheese Casserole

can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of broccoli soup

|
cup milk
|
|
1/2
|
cup water
|
|
1
|
tablespoon butter or margarine (optional)
|
|

box UNCLE BEN'S® COUNTRY INN® Broccoli Rice Au Gratin
|

package (14 to 16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
|
|
1
|
cup (4 ounces) shredded pizza cheese blend, divided
|
|
|

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
|
|
2. In medium ovenproof skillet, combine soup, milk, water, butter, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli. Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
|
|
3. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; bake 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
