Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

to 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Salt to taste

In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt. Slowly add oil, whisking continuously, until well blended. Refrigerate leftover dressing.
