Go Fish
Makes 2-1/2 dozen cookies

Ingredients

1/2
|
cup (1 stick) butter, softened
|
|
3/4
|
cup granulated sugar
|
|
1/4
|
cup firmly packed light brown sugar
|
|
1
|
large egg
|
|
1
|
large egg white
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon vanilla extract
|
|
2
|
cups all-purpose flour
|
|
1-1/4
|
teaspoons ground cinnamon
|
|
1
|
teaspoon baking powder
|
|
1
|
cup white frosting
|
|
|
Assorted food colorings
|
|
1

cup "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
|
|

|
In large bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy; beat in egg, egg white and vanilla. In medium bowl combine flour, cinnamon and baking powder; add to creamed mixture. Wrap and refrigerate dough 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 325°F. Working with half the dough at a time on lightly floured surface, roll to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into fish shapes using 3-inch cookie cutters. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; cool completely on wire racks. Tint frosting desired colors. Frost cookies and decorate with "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Store in tightly covered container.
