Makes about 1/2 cup
Ingredients
1/4 cup FILIPPO BERIO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  Salt and freshly ground black pepper
   
In small screw-topped jar, combine olive oil, honey, white wine vinegar, mustard and balsamic vinegar. Shake vigorously until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store dressing in refrigerator up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
