pound ground turkey
|
|
1/2
|
cup finely chopped cilantro
|
|
1/3
|
cup plain dry bread crumbs
|
|
1

egg, beaten
|
|
3

tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4
|
teaspoon black pepper
|
|

thin slices (3 ounces) Monterey Jack cheese
|

1/2
|
red or yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
|
|

hamburger buns
|

1. Combine turkey, cilantro, bread crumbs, egg, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, pressing firmly.

2. Place patties on oiled grid. Grill over high heat 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center (165°F). Top burgers with cheese during last few minutes of grilling. Grill pepper rings 2 minutes. To serve, place burgers on buns and top with pepper rings. Serve with additional mustard, if desired.
