(12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into strips
|

pound broccoli, broken into florets
|
|
1
|
head cauliflower, broken into florets
|
|

cups cooked rotini
|
|
1
|
cup sliced mushrooms
|
|
1
|
cup chopped celery
|
|
1
|
onion, chopped
|
|
1/2
|
cup chopped red bell pepper
|
|
1-1/2

cups CARAPELLI® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
|

cup sugar
|
|
1/2
|
cup vinegar
|
|
1/4
|
cup chopped fresh parsley
|
|

teaspoons dry mustard
|

|
In large skillet over medium heat, sauté SPAM® until lightly browned. In large bowl, combine SPAM®, broccoli, cauliflower, rotini, mushrooms, celery, onion and bell pepper. In small bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, parsley and dry mustard; mix well. Toss dressing with SPAM™ mixture. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
