Beef with Snow Peas & Baby Corn

Ingredients
3/4 pound 90% lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
6 ounces snow peas, halved lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 can (15 ounces) baby corn, drained, rinsed
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
  Salt and black pepper
2 cups cooked rice

1. Brown ground beef in wok or large skillet 6 to 8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add garlic; cook until tender. Set aside. Wipe out wok with paper towel.
2. Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add snow peas and red bell pepper; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
