1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13×9-inch baking pan; set aside.
2. Combine crumbs, chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts in medium bowl; stir to blend. Add condensed milk; stir with spoon until blended.
3. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-1/4×2-1/4-inch bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature or freeze up to 3 months.
