Ingredients
1 package DUNCAN HINES® Moist Deluxe® Yellow Cake Mix
1 (15-3/4-ounce) can prepared butterscotch pudding
3 eggs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/3 cups water
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 (12-ounce) package butterscotch chips
   
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour 13×9-inch pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Top with pecans and chips. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
