1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add vermicelli mix and red pepper flakes; cook and stir 2 minutes or until vermicelli is golden.
2. Add water, chicken, shrimp, peas, roasted red pepper and seasoning packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
