Four Cheese Mac & Cheese


Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) uncooked macaroni
4 cups milk
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded sharp white Cheddar cheese
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded American cheese
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Muenster cheese
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
   
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain; set aside and keep warm.
2. Heat milk in large saucepan over medium heat to almost boiling. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add cheeses, stirring constantly. Cook and stir about 5 minutes until all cheese has melted.
3. Place macaroni in 4-quart casserole or individual ovenproof dishes. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and stir until well blended. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
