Mini Pizza Cookies


A great party idea--kids will love creating and eating their very own masterpiece!
 
Ingredients
1 tube (20 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
2 cups (16 ounces) prepared pink frosting
  "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
  Variety of additional toppings such as shredded coconut, granola, raisins, nuts, small pretzels, snack mixes, sunflower seeds, popped corn and mini marshmallows
   
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside. Divide dough into 8 equal portions. On lightly floured surface, roll each portion of dough into 1/4-inch-thick circle; place circles about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown on edges. Cool completely on wire racks. Spread top of each pizza with frosting; sprinkle with "M&M's"® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and 2 or 3 suggested toppings.
