cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar or taco-flavored cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place tortillas on large baking sheet; bake 4 minutes. Turn tortillas over; bake 3 minutes. Cool.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until tender. Add Smoked Beef. Cook until beef is lightly browned. Add corn, taco sauce and chilies. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Crumble 3 tortillas; layer onto bottom of small casserole. Spoon 1/2 of beef mixture over tortillas; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat crumbled tortilla, beef mixture and cheese layers. Crumble remaining 3 tortillas; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until heated through.
