Ingredients
1 mango, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
   
In small bowl, stir together diced mango, mint, cranberries, rice vinegar and crushed red pepper.
