Makes about 1/2 cup
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried salad seasoning
1/4 cup FILIPPO BERIO® Olive Oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar* or lemon juice, divided
*Dressing can be varied by using tarragon vinegar.
   
In small bowl, combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper and salad seasoning. Whisk in olive oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Store dressing, in tightly covered container, in refrigerator up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
