package KNORR® Hollandaise Sauce Mix
|

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread

tablespoon finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil (optional)
|
|

|
tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano or basil leaves (optional)
|
|

slices (1 inch thick) French or Italian bread, lightly toasted
|
|
4
|
eggs, poached and kept warm
|
|

|
ounces thinly sliced prosciutto (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
Prepare hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions, substituting I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread for butter or oil. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and oregano; keep warm.

To serve, lightly spread toasted bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and arrange 2 pieces bread on each plate. Top bread slices with eggs and prosciutto, then top as desired with hollandaise sauce.
