Crab Salad with Chiles and Cilantro
Ingredients

cup sour cream
1
can (4 ounces) ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/2
cup finely chopped onion
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro
2
tablespoons lime juice
1/2
teaspoon salt
1
pound fresh imitation crabmeat, chopped
Crackers and/or tortilla chips
COMBINE
sour cream, chiles, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt in medium bowl; add crabmeat. Toss to coat well; cover. Chill for at least 1 hour.
SERVE
with crackers or tortilla chips or use as a topping for salads.
Tip
Serve this salad atop ORTEGA Tostada Shells or inside ORTEGA Taco Shells for an easy elegant seafood meal!
