Ingredients
1/2 gallon apple cider
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cinnamon stick
6 whole cloves
1/2 cup applejack or bourbon (optional)
   
Slow Cooker Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Remove and discard cinnamon stick and cloves. Serve hot in mugs.
