Makes 16 brownies
These brownies are doubly-delicious with two kinds of chocolate.
 
Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter
5 squares (1 ounce each) white chocolate, divided
1 large egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
   
Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 8×8×2-inch baking pan; set aside. In small saucepan melt butter and 4 squares white chocolate over low heat; stir to blend. Remove from heat; let cool slightly. In medium bowl beat egg and sugar until light; stir in white chocolate mixture, flour, vanilla and salt. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits and walnuts. Bake 35 to 37 minutes or until firm in center. Cool completely on wire rack. Place remaining 1 square white chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 20 seconds; stir. Repeat as necessary until white chocolate is completely melted, stirring at 10-second intervals. Drizzle over brownies and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup "M&M's"® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Cut into bars. Store in tightly covered container.
