Cheesy Spinach Burgers
Ingredients

envelope LIPTON® RECIPE SECRETS® Onion Soup Mix
2
pounds ground beef
1
package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1
cup shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 8 patties.

Grill or broil until no longer pink in center (160°F). Serve, if desired, on hamburger buns.
