Makes 1-1/3 cups sauce, enough for 1 pound of seafood
Ingredients
1 cup tomato ketchup
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
   
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; blend well. Spoon into glass bowl; serve with cooked seafood Or, pour into clean glass jar; seal tightly. Store up to 1 month in refrigerator.
